What’s the single most important tool available to real estate investors? One which everyone has access to but which has the potential to add a lot of stress to your life or enable you to scoop up tons of business and flip more homes faster than anyone else in your area?

No, it’s not mobile marketing, Twitter or any social media network for that matter. Believe it or not, your business phone number is this important!

Offering live help to every lead will clearly make a massive difference in home many you convert, how many referrals you receive and how large your spreads on each flip is. Utilizing outsourced staffing you could easily have live operators manning your phones 24/7; pre-qualifying leads and transferring the hottest ones to you live during your office hours.
